Eligible Areas: Shipping within the entire region of Australia.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing time refers to the duration required to prepare your order before dispatching it for shipping.
  • All in-stock orders placed by 12 PM AEST on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) are dispatched on the same day upon authorisation and verification of your payment.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff time (12 PM AEST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Pre-orders typically undergo processing within 0-2 business days. If there are any delays, we will promptly notify you.

Shipping Methods & Costs


Express Shipping:

  • Cost: $14.90
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-5 business days, including 0-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping.

Standard Shipping:

  • Free shipping (All Orders include free shipping across Australia)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-8 business days, including 0-2 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Order Confirmation Email: Sent after your order is placed, containing order details.
  • Shipment Confirmation Email: Sent once your item is shipped, including:

① Order number

② Carrier details

③ Package tracking number

  • Tracking Shipments: Use the provided tracking number on the carrier's official website to monitor shipment status.
  • Missing Emails: If you do not receive confirmation emails, check your spam/junk folder and add info@eutopiaperfumes.com.au to your contacts.

Important Shipping Information

  • A business day refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Actual delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s shipping protocols, delivery destination, chosen shipping method, and the nature of the items ordered.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.

Risk & Responsibility

  • While rare, packages may occasionally be lost or experience delivery exceptions.
  • Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
  • Eutopia Perfumes is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during shipment after the goods are handed over to the carrier.
